Our Products 

All Beadspoke Tiara products are individually made to your requirements and because of this minor variations may occur.  Please be assured that we endeavour to keep these to a minimum, however we like to think that this makes no two creations the same and therefore your tiara is "unique" to you.

We use only the highest quality components, including Swarovksi crystals and pearls and quality silver plated and gold plated wires/bases.  If you require Sterling silver this may be possible for certain items subject to an additional charge and availability of components.

Bead colour charts are supplied to give an indication of the colours available although it must be remembered that one PC monitor may show a colour slightly differently to another.  We are pleased to offer a colour matching service if you would like to send a swatch of fabric.  Please contact us for further details.

Please also be aware that photography can often make an item appear larger or smaller than it is in real life.  For this reason we aim to give approximate measurements whereever possible, but if you are in any doubt about sizes then please do not hesitate to contact us for further details and we will be happy to assist.

Many of our items contain small parts which may be hazardous to young children if they are unsupervised.  We will accept no liability for any injury pertaining to the misuse of our products.

Order Information

Your order may be placed online via our secure shopping cart.  Please ensure that you contact us via email with colour choices and/or details of any alterations or special requirements when placing your order.  It is helpful if you can also provide us with a contact telephone number in order that we can call or text you if we need to discuss your order with you and are unable to reach you by email.

Lead times can vary according to work load - we currently aim to complete your order within 2-3 weeks, but if you require your items urgently please contact us and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please order your accessories as early as possible.  We keep a supply of components in stock but may need to order in additional supplies for your order.  If we anticipate this leading to a longer delivery time we will contact you.  If you place an urgent order with us we reserve the right to make an additional charge if we have to order components and pay for priority shipping.

If you require a particular colour crystal or pearl and it is either unavailable or has been discontinued by the supplier or manufacturer we will contact you in the first instance to discuss possible alternatives or we will offer you a refund.

The photographic images shown may make our products appear larger than they actually are.  Please take this into consideration before placing your order and if you require any further information regarding sizing please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order.

Occassionally we may have special offers available on some of our items.  These offers will be displayed on our ***Special Offers*** page and to qualify for these offers your order must be made from this page.  Items subject to current offers will be identified on other pages of the website where the normal price will be displayed. 

Payment Options

You may pay via debit/credit card using Paypal or alternatively by personal cheque made payable please to Erika Gilbert.  Please email us when placing your order if you wish to pay by cheque and we will provide you with further details.

We have also now introduced a budget plan allowing you to spread the cost of purchasing your accessories. when you spend £40.00 or more in one transaction (excluding P&P).  If you would like to take advantage of this plan please email us with details of your order (or request an order form if you wish to pay by cheque). We will send you a Paypal invoice and you will be required to pay a non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your order (including P&P), with the balance to be paid in six weeks' time. During this time your items will be made for you and we will send you a further Paypal invoice  requesting settlement of the outstanding balance and confirming the date by which payment must be received.  Once full payment has been received your items will be dispatched. Failure to settle the balance on request will result in your order being cancelled and the deposit will be deemed forfeited.  If you have any queries regarding the budget plan please do not hesitate to contact us.

Postage & packing/ shipping information

 

All tiaras and other orders totalling £35.00 or more are sent by Royal Mail UK Special Delivery.  All other orders under £35.00 are sent by Royal Mail UK Recorded Delivery.  A signature is required on delivery for all orders.  For worldwide postal charges (including EIRE) please contact us.  If you are making multiple purchases please contact us for a combined postage discount.

We accept no responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete address information or no-one being available to sign for a delivery.  We also accept no responsibility for late deliveries caused as a result of industrial action by Royal Mail workers.  During periods of industrial action please ensure that orders are placed as soon as possible to ensure receipt of your items in time for your wedding date.  Alternative couriers may be used during such times on request but these may incur additional shipping charges.

We accept no responsibility for any import taxes or charges applicable to your order.

All tiaras and necklace sets are gift packaged in luxury tiara keepsake boxes and wrapped in quality  acid free tissue paper (please see photo on our home page) - www.beadspoketiara.co.uk/home.  All other items are carefully packaged in luxury cardboard pillows or organza gift bags and/or acid free tissue paper.   Appropriate protective packaging is used for mailing purposes.  In consideration of environmental issues we recycle protective packaging whereever possible.   


 

Returns Policy  

We regret that because all of our items are custom made to your requirements we are unable to offer refunds.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products however, and will gladly provide a refund or exchange in the rare event that your item is defective or has been damaged in the postal system.  Should this occur then please contact us within 48 hours to arrange return of the item.  We will ask you to return the item to us within 7 days in all of its original packaging by the following method:-

*  For items valued at £35.00 and above by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

* For items valued at £34.00 and under by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 

Please note that postage for return of items is non-refundable.  Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage.

We will not accept the return of any items after the wedding date.

We would ask you to ensure that you are happy with the items you have chosen and your colour selections before placing your order as once your order is received we are unable to accept cancellations.  If you require any assistance with your choices please contact us and we will be happy to help.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to health and hygiene regulations.

Repairs

Care details are provided with your tiara/jewellery order and are also available on our website (please see FAQs), and it is important that these are followed carefully to protect your items.  Many of our products are delicate by their nature and should be handled accordingly. 

Should any item you purchase from us break within 28 days of receipt we will repair such item free of charge.

Any items that break after 28 days of receipt will be repaired for a fee, such fee to be determined depending on the amount of work required to repair the item.  Small repairs will be subject to a minimal fee and items that require a complete remake will be subject to a larger fee that may be similar to the original cost of the item.  Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All repairs are subject to availablilty of components. Should a component be unavailable or discontinued by our supplier(s) then although we will make every effort to source an alternative we shall be under no obligation to carry out a repair.

All repairs are at our discretion.

Your Privacy  

Any information you provide us with is used by us only for the processing of your order and will not be divulged to third parties.
