Can you make me a tiara or accessories to match my colour scheme?

Yes, we use Swarovski crystals and pearls available in a wide range of colours and any of our tiaras and jewellery items can be made with your choice of bead colours.  Please see our colour charts to make your colour selections.

I'm not sure which tiara to choose or which colour beads to select.  Can you help?

We will be happy to assist you in choosing your tiara.  Please contact us with as much information as possible about your dress, how you want to wear your hair and your colour scheme or theme.  If possible please also include a photograph of yourself and your dress and we will discuss with you our recommendations.  If you want assistance with choosing your bead colours it may be helpful if you can provide us with a swatch of fabric or photographs of your colour scheme.

I've seen a tiara I like but would like to make some alterations.  Can you do this?

Yes, any of our designs can be altered to your requirements.  Alterations may be subject to an additional charge.

Can you make me a unique tiara?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a bespoke service.  Please email us with your ideas and provide us with a guide to your budget and we will work with you to create the tiara of your dreams. We'd like to stress that bespoke doesn't have to mean expensive - we can source materials in accordance with your budget to help you achieve the desired look.

How do I let you know what colours I require for my tiara or jewellery?

We appreciate that the Paypal shopping cart provides limited space for providing your colour choices and we would therefore ask you to email us when placing your order to confirm your selections.  Please ensure that if your item has beads of different sizes you let us know what colour is required for each size eg
         4mm crystal - Jet
         6mm crystal - Siam.

If we are in any doubt as to what colours you require we will contact you before commencing work on your tiara/jewellery.

When should I purchase my tiara?

Our advice to brides is always select your dress first.  It is so much easier to find accessories to complement your dress than finding a dress to go with your accessories!  Order your tiara as early as possible once you have chosen your dress to ensure that we have ample time to create it and if necessary order in components and that you have it available to take to any trial hairdressing appointments.  Your hairdresser may then be able to suggest several different hairstyles suitable for the headdress you have chosen.

My wedding is fast approaching and I haven't purchased my tiara/jewellery.  Can you help?

Our current delivery time is 2-3 weeks but if you require your order urgently we will endeavour to assist.  Rushed orders may incur an additional charge.  Please contact us for further details.

How should I look after my tiara/jewellery?

All of our tiaras are constructed using silver plated or gold plated wires and bands.  To protect your tiara from tarnishing we recommend that you keep it wrapped in acid free tissue paper and stored in the gift box supplied.  Similarly, jewellery is best kept wrapped or better still in sealable plastic pouches when not in use.  Avoid getting hairspray or perfume on your tiara or jewellery as this can affect the wires.  Use a soft cloth to gently clean Swarovski pearls and crystals.

Please note that many of our products are, by their nature, delicate, and should be handled accordingly.

How will my  tiara/jewellery be packaged?

All tiaras are presented in a white gift box and wrapped in acid free tissue paper.  All other items are presented in acid free tissue paper and/or pretty organza gift bags.

Do you have a shop?

Do you offer a postal discount for multiple purchases?
